PSD layout to html code?

    Can anyone explain how can be exported the layout made in photoshop to html? i ask this because when i exported , then where i has text areas in PS now they are converted to image... how can i code this , and where i have text areas to remain text areas and edit the text with the text that i want in notepad++ ??
