Buying PSD into simple HTML/CSS.

    As the title states, i need someone to code me a simple design (psd) into html/css, if you can also do php then that's a PLUS, because your next task will be integrating the html template with a custom CMS that i have, if you don't do php that's fine, just pm me your rates for coding an html template.
