Buying PSD > HTML/CSS > Wordpress

    hi i need a freelancer who is able to convert this design(psd) to html/css and integrated to wordpress with complete plugin as requirements.

    requirements:
    - tableless coding
    - valid w3c
    - jquery for the header slide show
    - advance lightbox for the portfolio (see fist page on bottom side)
    - all features, pages, plugin can be edited/added on CMS wordpress
