Buying PSD > HTML coder (eBay template design) No CSS

    Hello,

    I have to eBay templates that i have designed in photoshop.
    They need to be coded into HTML format, NO css though. There CANNOT be a CSS file with it as eBay templates just have to have the HTML code.
