    I PM him and he added me on Skype.
    Bellow our chatting screen short.
    I completed his design in 6 hour in his required time. Still he did not reply me at email and skype.
    I tried to chat on skype he did not reply yet.

    and not pay yet.

    Any body can tell me what can i do? is possible to do any action against him?
