Will tell you more what I need in private, But I have psd design which I need to be made in normal html , and then It needs to be integrated with wordpress registration form and login form ( the design has registration form at mainpage) and then have a look on one custom made small referral script I have and make sure that it works also with the mainpage. This won't be a wordpress theme you need to make, as Im just using the wordpress as backend for something else. Shouldn't take you more then 3hours Tops! I have $40 budget for this. if you can do this ASAP, let me know by PM!
