I am able to convert your PSD to XHTML for Wordpress / Joomla / and other content management systems ( just send me a PM and ask ) or to standard html files. Conversions will take anywhere from a few hours to two days, depending on the complexity of your design. I will give you a good estimate on expected time frame of the project. I am US based and looking not only to boost my iTrader a bit by doing more work, but also need money for other projects. My prices are competitive, starting at only $10 for full and valid XHTML/CSS. If a design is very complex, I may charge an additional fee, but that will be discussed.
