PSD coded to valid CSS/XHTML

I have a layered PSD file of a website that I need coded to preferably tableless css/HTML. I have a few of these a week that I need done and could have up to 10 a week if I can find someone good. I usually go to freelance sites but I would rather find someone long term on here.

If you're interested you can PM me your rates and any work like this you have done. I really just need the PSD coded but depending on your rates I could also use someone to add the content for each page from a Word document.
