PSD to HTML:

Front Page: 25$-50$.
Sub Page: 5$ - 10$.
Front Page + 5 Sub Pages: 50$-70$.

Every page checked by W3C validator(xHtml/CSS valid).

MSN/Email:

Turn around: 15-24 hours.
