    Anyone else having trouble with the psbot? It sucks so much bandwidth and is ignoring by robots.txt file. Seems like if I put the disallow right away on a new site it will stay away. But if I add a disallow for psbot on a site it already has been hit it by psbot, it just won't go away. Arggg.

    I cannot find a any good way to contact "them" to request removal.

    you could try putting on your pages,
    <META NAME="PSBOT" CONTENT="NOINDEX">

    if you look up psbot in Google you will find "the owners email address", if that does any good. Plus you find a website...
    I found this here http://www.picsearch.com/bot.html

    Experiencing Problems?
    Although Psbot should not put any noticeable strain on a webserver we apologize for any inconvenience it may cause and would ask you to notify Picsearch about any problems at in order for us to rectify them as quickly as possible. Thank you
