Is it because YOU are viewing them?
Have you tested it on other comps?

They will always pop up once in a while. I think that it is some rule or law that they have to be thrown in the mix.

    Are you sure?

I thought it was a sign that the content was not relevant to any ads or there wasnt enough crawlable content that Google could read?

Nope, I think if you are in the U.S.A. they have to be thrown in once in a while.

You should consider deputing somebody who has a better grasp of English language. The words should flow seamlessly and look like belonging to the topic as a whole, and not fragments. You could also consider increasing the no. of words per news article. Having more words on any topic will help Google in understanding the content in a better way, which then would lead to better co-relation with the ads. Putting just a few sentences sometimes may not be sufficient to trigger related keywords; this could be one of the reasons of your site showing PSAs.

    Hope it helps

I saw PSA on your blog too! I think that Google is still trying to figure out the main topic of your pages.

Your keywords should matches your title, and a description would certainly not hurt. Good luck!

It's because your site doesn't have a theme, so adsense can't figure out what to target to your site. Blog about one topic rather than everything.
