    I'm selling my forum today, officialps4forums.com. The problem is I just don't have time to do SEO and maintain the site so I'd rather someone else be able to turn a profit and turn it into a success.

    The site gets some traffic but nothing big. I was planning on turning this into a blog and optimizing it for SEO but never got around to it so you can capitalize on my lack of time.

    The site itself runs on phpBB and has a custom logo.
