    Selling this website and domain because l have no time to do anything with it. It's on the first page of google and was in the no.1 spot, however it has been neglected for many months and has slipped. Shouldn't take too much effort to regain that spot. This website has great potential and should give someone who has a little time a nice monthly income. Currently nearly all traffic is coming from search engines at current positions so definitely massive scope for much, much more traffic.
