Can I submit a release for $10 and if it gets a 4 SCORE I can donate $70 more to get Google News?

AKA can I do this AFTER I get the 4 score? ANd if I get a 3 score can I edit it until I get a 4 score ?

Ummmm, why would you pay them to get into Google News??? Just submit it for free to www.PR.com and you'll get into Google News. If you want to get in there and have live links, either pay them per link or use a cheaper service like www.PRurgent.com which I believe will do that for you for like $25 total (and it's run by a DP member).

Thanks for suggestions! But my release got approved and with a 5 editorial rating! - Very excited as this is the second release i've written.

    I have upgraded $70 for a total of 80.

Can't wait to see what happens! (Will also distribute to free PR later)

Congrats. You do know a 5 ranking doesn't mean you'll get any additional exposure, right? ;) Remember a few things with PRweb:

    1. Ignore their stats, b/c they're useless. Instead, track real pickups... that's all that matters.

    2. Post that release to your own site in a press area. Start building a press archive so journalists and bloggers can very easily go back through your old news later on when they're looking for background on you or your company.

    3. If you want to target offline media, your best bet with them is the largest package (although I'd suggest doing it for free yourself over using that if you have the time for it).
