The site is custom coded. I programmed everything myself (although the script to get the actual PR is a modified turn-key script that everyone uses).

Subscription requires varification and re-verfiication after you've been e-mailed about a PR update (that way the list will stay current and you can be sure the e-mail addresses are real).

I didn't mention this in my original post, but the site includes some scripts that I have been working on and/or have bought since development began.

For example, a live alexa rank checker like the one used to find the PR:

and a few other PageRank scripts (1 and 2). These come with the site and aren't really a part of the sale, but they are included if you want them to mess around with.
