The real catch is it comes with FREE HOSTING, provided you allow for pop-ups. You are free to place adsense and any other ad network ads wherever you wish. The site may have traffic, but I don't have stats enabled so assume no traffic. Free proxy hosting is pretty hard to come by, because it really requires a VPS. Thanks
