    I am looking to buy proxy sites with traffic, any domain, of course I wont pay as much for .info's but I will still buy them.

    ("traffic" does not mean 48 uniques a month.. at least a few hundred, minimum)

    The site gets around 4000 hits per month, but just about 50 UV/month, which i know is below the limit you mentioned, but maybe the domain name can cope for that.
