Proxys, have they made the internet better or worse?

What i was reffering to where the illegal use of proxies, That is my primary concern.

 

in theory most all proxy use is illegal. Except for those who are trying to browse without being tracked simply due to paranoia.

 

i open orkut in my coll using proxy...as it is banned

 

Yeah.
Well i guess the conclusions we have come to are,
Even though it is a great way to keep anonymous and it is very beneficial to people in countries with internet restrictions, We cannot deny that its main use is malicious and a set of Proxy guidelines have to be implemented.
