    Do you have full rights to the 2 templates there and are they unique ?

    Will you transfer rights of the templates to the buyer as well ?

    please PM me referral and country stats - your starting bid is kinda high compared with the revenue but i'll be considering it after you reply to my questions above

    2 free templates are unique and made by me.
    Lots of proxy sites are using my free templates.

    The rights of the templates will be transfered to the buyer.

    I never promote the site.Only some free templates posts on forums.
    I think the site has much potential.
