    I have ordered this domain for one of my clients a while ago, but he never ever paid me.
    So, I suspended the account and hold on to it for a couple of months.

    This is the perfect domain to make some kind of directory where people with proxy lists, topsites & directories could submit their site maybe even for some cash ;)
