    The site has also recieved a 100 dollar bid at namepros, but i Think this bid will take precedence since it was placed first.

    Also if anyone is interested in a trade for a different type of site I would be willing to consider it.

    Just to answer some questions I am getting via PM:

    The Server Costs are about 30 Dollars a Month
    The Server is hosted at Virpus.com
    I am only monetizing it with Adsense at the moment and as you know there are many other ways you can monetize it.
    THe site uses about 700 mb a month

    I had some value to bring to it - Basically my question is that if it was valued fairly at $1000. The auction has been up for a week (in this thread). If it was earning as high as $30/day, then you could make $160 in a week - which leads me to believe that there must be a reason why you are selling.

    Fair enough you need to work on other sites, but if I bought this for $1000 and realised later it was valued at $160 I would be pissed off for sure.

    Edit: Why ignore ajandersen's question? You've passed it on as as PR3 when it in fact doesn't show that in any datacentre. Care to explain?

    First off, I said it was a predicted PR3 and it is now a PREDICTED PR4.

    How do you work out 1600 off of one month at 30 bux a day? I figure 210 off of 7X30?
