    The ad placement could be better, the ads are occupying too much of the page.

    Firstly i would make the top banner smaller about half the size it is now, this will give you some room for my second suggestion which is to have some proxy text. Basically explaining what a proxy site is and what it does if you are looking to get some search engine traffic you will need this.

    About half way between the text have your first advertisement block, then carry on the proxy text.

    I would also get rid of the proxy top sites they make the proxy look unprofessional and cheap, and generally do not benefit the proxy in anyway.

    I would also change the heading tag to a capital letter for Affiliate and for Masker and for Proxy

    One tip i used back when i was developing proxies primarily.

    Was to hide the proxy search bar and instead put a google search bar through google adsense right under the top banner and put the proxy search bar out of the way. So no one can see it until they scroll down, this should increase the amount of money you receive.

    Check your site in IE6 there are few design mistakes - it's not such a big problem
