Proxy Websites Good Traffic/Revenue?

I was wondering, how well do proxy websites do? Do they make a decent revenue? Lots of traffic atleast?

Most people that I know who make money with proxies don't do so with one proxy. They do it with a large network of proxies.

Im just looking for a niche that brings tons of traffic, other then free hosting.

good niche can bring a lot of traffic and income..But I find it hard for me to find a good niche...

For proxy site..only certain people using the proxy..SO don't think it will bring enough income..it just my opinion..

If you put a popup on a proxy site, OMG income lol, because lots of traffic if you advertise well.

The thing with proxy, they keep coming back which is cool.

Im looking for atleast 100 dollars a month with proxy site, it shouldnt be to hard..

Sex tips, would probably be a great niche for traffic also, like advertisers say, sex sells.

My proxy website is earning $10 a day; cost me $10 to set up so I'd say it's a fair deal, don't you think?

 

my one proxy is doing great.....I am making some decent money with it...and hopefully more once I change the proxified pages...

 

proxies are easy to set up, cheap too, (grab an info domain)

if you have spare space on your server, set it up, and its just extra money ;p

 

Lordy, problem is you need dedicated server, but i found someone selling (space) on there dedicated server for very cheap

10 dollars a day, thats perfect for me and what i want, just some extra cash to keep hosting up, and to work on other more profitable websites, and for advertising of course

And no i want a .com , and i found a sweet one.

 

do proxy sites need promotion to get traffic?

 

Some proxys will bring in quite a bit of money and then others will bring in a penny or two. You have to get the right traffic in, which can be hard.

And yes, to get a proxy going you need quite a bit of promotion. Usually $20 in advertising can bring you 20k uniques if you spend it right.

And i find URL is alot for traffic aswell, all these proadasdasj.info sites IMO are useless... Cant remember them, etc

 

To make money with proxy, you have to host it on a dedicated server because proxies generate a lot of load on the server.
