    No

    How much time does this site take to run?
    None, just transfer the domain to your name and put your AdSense on it.

    What challenges are there with running this site?
    None, just keep it alive, check host issues.

    Selling web proxy with constant revenue and no work to do, just place your adsense on it. I will offer 2 year free hosting (on my account), than I can transfer it to you, its about $ 10 usd/month.
    I am leaving internet bussiness and need money, thats why I am selling.

    5 years domain existance, well advertised and working.
