Proxy website 35,000 hits per day

I have www.stoptheblock.com its a proxy website wich has been getting about 35,000 to 35,000 hits a day.
If there is any one intrested i can sell it as it is hosted for 1year (As i own a hosting company and its on my dedicated server) But ill give you full FTP and CPanel accsess. It has a forum wich iv just put up this minute but i have no time what so ever to moderate it. I was just wondering if any one was intrested in buying it with domain name wich i will push over to you if you have a name cheap account but if its at the price i can transfer it over to any major account 1and1,godaddy,123reg ect.. My server has a WYSIWIG editor in the Cpanel so its easy to just add a banner or text link ect... The site is stored on just 1GB space but again if there is an offer at the right price then i will upgrade its account to 5GB to 10GB for one year reseller account free.

ya thts why i asked him abt the awstats of his server. how many unique visitors does this site get on a daily basis ? where from this traffic comes and how steady the traffic will be when the owner change ? you are getting so much hits daily (as claimed by u) , yet no PR and lesser links in google and other major search engines. how come ? pls explain. thanks.

 

fyi AWStats is pretty much worthless for a proxy site for estimating daily uniques.

 

Thats it yep, your right Becouse loads of peaple use the website but some times they use other proxy websites to get to it so....

I can get them for you if you want but its only been back up online again for 3days and its allready getting loads of hits. The traffic comes from this website being linked in blogs and in other proxy forums ect.. There is some quite decent backlinks linking in but so many peaple use this proxy from all over the world. I can get you the stats tho so you will have a better idea.

I wonder what happened to the proxy? Its just got those spammy landing pages now and no forum or anything. I wanna know how he promoted it to begin with(off topic).

 

And, it never did get a good Alexa rank. Mysterious!

 

It did have a couple of peaks in alexa if you look back 3 years. It was started in 2004.
