    Hey,

I want to know if hosting has anything against proxy websites?
i have godaddy hosting and i want to buy a domain right now to host it with godaddy, should i have any problems with them?

also another question is for proxies, is there any diffrence between .org or .net?
what is the importance on taking .com over .net?

    no problem (may be)

yes, have difference, you read the ICANN sites to get the details

.com is most popular in the world, so this the importance for .com

Proxy sites take up a lot of server resources (once they start getting traffic) so on shared hosting you'll quickly run into problems with your hosting company.

You should either get a dedicated server and run many proxies or find a hosting company that specialize in hosting proxies.

hosting a proxy website on a whole dedicated server is quite stupid.

Most hosts dont allow them and if they did it would be something that is advertised. I know that i have had problems with the hosting that comes free with the purchase of a domain with godaddy so i would not risk it. On the other hand they have great support so just call them and see. Anyways i sell Hosting that allows linking to warez along with proxy's and Image hosting. If you need it just tell me im selling it for a very low price!

bye the way, how do you use a proxy website? Is there a script for it? I have never used it.

www.hagio-host.com is what I use for smaller networks. Very nice shared hosting.

As for the tld, .com is best because it's easiest to remember. Your target traffic is mostly school kids, so if there's a unblockmyspace.com and a unblockmyspace.info, they'll obviously remember the .com first.
