are you using a htaccess to block ips? I ask because I cant access the site. Can only get to it using a proxy. Who is it hosted with?

Yes, I have blocked the countries China and Iran. Not sure why you are unable to visit the proxy if you are from another country.
Site is hosted on my friends' server. He does'nt offer proxy hosting commercially anymore, but since I'm an old customer he allows my proxies.

I'm sure there are many more here on DP offering hosting for a decent price.
