The site has a unique theme, and I have also optimized it for SEO as you can see 90% of the links on the site are mod_redirect links and there is also only a few outgoing full links which I hope will help the site get a good pagerank in the future.

for topsites are only the earnings and the member count important

Well members are pruned every 7 days, I've had over 200 at one stage. If I didn't prune the members then I would have allot more which is what allot of other topsites do so all the members listed are all contributing traffic to the topsite weekly.

I've also made allot more money from selling ad space on the site, so there is quite allot of potential.

I'm not fussed if the site sells or not because I know in a month or so it will most likely have a page rank which will help when I get some time to start selling ad space again and pulling all the AdSense off the site.

 

I am not that familiar with the Aadvark topsites script - does that link need to stay in the footer to be allowed to use the site?

 

You would have to ask the people who make the topsites script.

 

I've decided not to sell the site for a while, I'm going to do some work on it updating the theme a little and building up some more traffic and members I may put it up for sale again in a week or two.

 

The site is back up for sale, it now has a PR of 3 and is listed on the first page of results in Google when searching for the term "proxy topsite". Members have also gone up by 50 since it was last up for sale (10 days ago).
