Alright so I have has this site for a few months and its time to sell for server clean out. This site has been up roughly 7 months, maybe a little more, and has had pretty much consistent traffic through those 7 months.

Currently over 680 members are part of this proxy topsite and new member rates can range anywhere from 25 new per day to 2 per day.

The topsite script has been modified to maximize profits, and how to use them will be told to the confirmed buyer.

This site has been heavily promoted through the months and receives steady and consistent traffic each and everyday. Most recently has been promoted through stumbleupon.

There is no revenue to show because I never used adsense on this site, I did use adbrite back in the day and was averaging about 5.50 a week (maybe more, maybe less, no proof tho). I did use CPAStorm CPA network (only current ads running on site) and it seemed that I got roughly 3-4 dollar sign-ups within a two month period.

@timothy: The hosting costs are very minimal, I took out some unnecessary code to keep the size down, currently using roughly under 10 gigs a month, which you can find anywhere for cheap, I am using HostDepartment which is like 4.75 a month

@seth: I have promoted it on forums, forums and more forums, I did a few posts on myspace in some groups, and had it advertised in a news letter or two. The previous owner also promoted it very well which added to the steady traffic stream. Recently I have used stumbleupon, as like I said, too busy to do any other proper methods.
