Proxy topsite concept / half finished site for sale

Not sure how the sale of this will go as it doesn't include the domain ..

Basically, I wanted to create a site kinda like a topsite but with more options, such as sortby visitors and stuff like that, so I paid someone to write a script with an admin backend and hired someone for a design. These things set me back over $200, without the work I've spent on it..

The site is http://www.proxy.gd however it doesn't include the domain, I have the PSD so you can easily change the header .. whether you want this just for the design or the design and coding because you want to develop this site .. I don't mind - I just want to develop the domain into something else (take a guess ).

There is an admin backend which allows you to accept/reject sites, delete sites, view the email and ip of the proxy site owner .. and a few other features.

The site isn't complete, although the proxy topsite script is working fine .. I mean in terms of the pages like "proxy scripts" and "tips and tricks" etc.

When you click on a proxy site you are redirected to the proxy, however not directly. mod_rewrite doesn't work on my current host, usually http://www.proxy.gd/proxy/id/73/ would work but for now you can view what happens at http://www.proxy.gd/proxies/proxy.php?id=73 - as you can see I have adversal popups so if the site became popular you'd earn quite alot from that..

What's for sale in this auction is the site as you see it now .. the psd, xhtml/css coding and the script .. the domain is not included.

Do you have a estimate range of your BIN, I dont want to offend you with any low BIN offers or whatsoever. Maybe like mid $xx high $xx low $xxx etc..
