It could be more profitable than the usual markets. You'd need to find advertising agencies specialized in the countries/markets you are after. The only risk is going after 3rd world or under-developed countries. Since they won't usually buy on the web, advertisers won't pay much in return for their clicks or leads.

    I hope this helps.

yep thanks, i knew that because i live in "3rd world" country Serbia.
But i was thinking to start with some other kinds of marketing for them, not advertising with companies but spreading the word by manual, i will find a way that is not the problem.
The problem is do they need proxy ? I need some informations, are porn, warez, big social networks or anything else blocked from their schools/work/net cafe ?
That would be a big help if someone knew, thanks in advance.

Arab governments block quite a few websites and not only adult but also news etc. Iran, Saudi Arabia, Morocco etc
You'll need help from locals I think

Usually google adsense won't pay you much for clicks from this country, so if you want to do that, you might want to find a better advertiser for your proxy.

I'm planning to do some geotargetting with translation soon. Whether I'll actually bother is another matter entirely :)
