I have many proxy topsites on lists that are used a lot to submit proxies and I manually approve proxies. When I see proxies that use frames or scrolling in any way to cheat and not show the toplists image right away I do not approve them. This is happening more and more often now and I only approve 3 of 10 proxies into my topsites. This means that all the submissions are in vain. A lot of your submissions are not approved when you cheat this way. I know that I am not the only toplist owner that do this. So stop cheating and show the toplist image on the page. I will start a thread here at DP and from now on I will start to name all the proxies that try to cheat in that thread.
