are not against if you don't place Adsense on proxified pages, but if you want users you must pay a lot of money , proxies eat your bandwith , you can use even 30GB / day, for every 25-50 GB bandwidth you will pay 5$ or more , your server must have at least 4GB ram , your own dedicated server is the best option , but don't forget another important thing proxies sometimes are blocked in few days ...
Proxy sites are costy! but if you are pro with them, know how to save hosting bandwidth, building a good network, advertising well, that will give good revenue
