    You can use google adsense on proxified pages.. but than you need to make sure that your proxy visitor isn't visiting a hacking forum etc :p
    And that is impossible...
    So in fact it is allowed, but yeah you get banned anyway because you can't block ALL sites...

    So don't do it, only mainpage
    Try adversal for proxified pages

    For proxified pages I use a different affiliate network, it has a $2.00 ecpm... so it works out pretty good!

    webriot.net gets like 90,000 a month on average.
