    i want build a good proxy site wuth this IP:
    127.0.0.1

    how i can build a proxy site with unknow ip?
    i want my proxy site as good as ray9.com(load google adsense ads!)

    My advise, find some papers on 'How does the internet work'
    If you ask me, you have a long way to go..
