    It earns around $5.50 a day under the default setup I bought. If I had time to actually work the traffic I think I could figure out a way to make more than that.

    This kind of thing is obviously not for you because if I were selling a REVENUE site I would ask for a multiplyer of the revenue. However, I am selling a HIGH TRAFFIC site and capitalizing on it is up to a creative buyer.

    No, the goodwaiter listing is free because we are so highly traffic'ed.

    As I said in another post, the $5.50/day adsense revenue is the default when I bought it. I am not selling a low revenue offering but a HIGH TRAFFIC VERY POPULAR SITE and someone with creativity will figure out how to capitalize on this steady traffic.

    Well, not quite.

    It is standard to sell/buy a site depending on what it earns. The highest traffic doesn't help if the traffic sucks or doesn't convert. Add to that, your traffic stats are very young, no long term traffic stats, no detailed stats (demographics, return visits etc.)

    Furthermore, if the traffic is mostly return visitors (which most likely is the case) then it will be damn hard to monetize on it. You might make a quick initial influx of some revenue which then lows down as apparently no new users visit the site and repeat visitors become quite immune against ads.

    Additionally your adsense impressions do not match anywhere near your awstats stats which you haven't clarified upon.

    That said you might well keep your site since you will have a hard time finding anyone shelling out $1k, simply due to the lack of data, and that what you can provide is quite short term.

    As a postscript, I added a small banner to the home page of this script in order to redirect some of this traffic. It worked. This is an example of what I would have done had I have kept the script. This traffic can be redirected depending on the creativity of the owner.

    Just an FYI.
