2. Mostly kids use them at school to get on MySpace and stuff.
3. To visit sites that would otherwise be unreachable.

You can make one using a free proxy script. I recommend glype. Though currently, most people use PHProxy.

 

Cool check yo pm inbox and if that 30$ can come out of my profit then the answer is yes.

 

Didn't know of glype I'll have to check them out, right now I use Zelune.

As I said earlier, they are used to hide your IP and surf the web.

Many users get banned from popular sites such as Youtube, MySpace, Bebo,etc; and the users use proxies to surf them,.

4.How do you make money off them?
Proxy webmasters can make money via some ad companies by displaying their ads, or sell some banner spaces on their proxy. I recommend to use Google adsense on the main page and AdBrite or Adversal on proxified pages as Google doesn't allow you to display their ads on proxified pages.
