Proxy Site - Projected $1,700.00 per month

I started this proxy site april 27th as my first ever proxy site. Basically joined a few topsite lists and it started making about $3.00 day. I applied some SEO to target a keyword and just a few days ago I landed on the frontpage of the results in google for a nice keyword, earnings have skyrocketed up to $56 a day with adsense. Yesterday there was 1,614 unique visitors, as of 1pm today there is already 1,251 unique visitors.

this site is now projected to make about $1,700 a month on adsense. The only reason I am putting it on the market so soon is because I want to pay off a bunch of medical bills, so if I dont sell it, I will just keep it and slowly pay my bills off.

since the site is so new, I am only going to sell it for around 3 months worth of revenue.

I know its your site and you can list it for what price you like but in my opnion

the people that have requested information dont have any intrested in purchasing your site they just want to look at it and find out the keyword.

also proxy sites are not stable in income its up and down,

proxys have gone down in price also and for a projected income you would only get around 1 months income,

for an established proxy they go for around 2 - 3 months income.

 

yea like it said , I am new in the proxy business, so I am still learning. PM's sent to most of those who requested. Also for now on I will only accept sales enquiries from people with 10+ Itrader.

To make this sale a little quicker I am dropping the BIN to $4,000

 

What about upcoming AdSence smartprice letter + summer in 3 weeks and zero US/CA/GB/AU traffic during 3 months?
