Well I just got this email this morning. My proxy is unlockit.us, am I doing anything wrong? I dont exactly get what he his argument is.
cool thanks but is that a server side setting or should I be able to find that in the source of the script I am using? Could I turn it off with .htaccess
thats it was already set to 'allow_hotlinking' => 0, so I dont see why that guy is threatening to sue me
Is it just me or is SecureGet's solicitors a little on the unprofessional side? ... feel the full force? I've yet to hear any real solicitor use that kind of language in a letter. They also seem to be overly harsh in their threats/requests. That being said, taking a look at Secureget.com and it's appalling design - I wouldn't be too worried.
They seem to think they already RECEIVED compensation for damages. Looks like you're in the clear Seriously not written by lawyer.
Ok thanks, I was a little worried, I did email him back asking how exactly I am stealing his bandwidth.
