    Hi everyone...

Tis' the season to clean house and start some new projects. I will slowly be selling off a few sites and domains that I either do not have time for anymore or am prepared to cut ties with in order to focus on new projects for the new year. My loss is your gain, some of the domains and sites are good ones.

In this thread I will be selling off an established Proxy site = HugeProxy.com

Here is a look at the stats for the site:

Please visit the site at: http://www.HugeProxy.com

I place my own ad network on the site, cross-promoting my own sites and selling off ad space. I do not use google or ypn ads.

New owner will get access to cpanel and ftp as soon as payment is received in order to transfer the site to their server. If you would like to keep it on the current server, please discuss that with me prior to making an offer or bidding.

Domain name is at GoDaddy.com - with obviously free transfer to the new owner.

Looking for offers/bids starting at $100 or higher. Please post any questions in the thread or PM me.

This sale is posted a couple other places. Best offer walks away with the site, domain and traffic. :D

Yes but by selling my own links. I use a script called adpeeps to display ads that look just like google adsense. I lost my google adsense account over a year ago when I put the ads on a different site that had some adult images uploaded by users on it. Have not been able to use adsense since then.

Anyway...please let me know if you have any other questions.

$120 is the high offer right now. Please post in the thread or contact me via PM if you would like any questions answered or want to put in a bid/offer.

I would like to get this sold to the new owner as soon as possible. I have more to sell but want to do them one at a time to ensure transfer of each site is complete before moving on.

    High offer is $120...anyone else?

This begs a question that maybe only an inquisitive mind like mine can come up with.

The person who bought this domain, do they also buy your problems with adsense? Hmmmm, I wonder.

No because the adsense problem had nothing to do with this site. Adsense was never on this site as I lost my adsense account almost 2 years ago. I have never put any google adsense or ypn ads on this site, only my own advertising solution as explained above.

You might want to do a little research into adsense before asking these kinds of questions. I don't mind answering them, but apparently you have some sort of skewed idea about how adsense works. If a person is banned from adsense, the only site that is banned is the one that violates the TOS...and of course the users account is terminated with google for breaking the TOS. The site that breaks the rules is banned but of course it doesn't follow their TOS (the reason for the ban in the first place).

I will explain even further...if a person has google adsense on 50 different websites...and one of those sites violates the TOS of google adsense, ONLY THAT ONE SITE will be in hot water with googles TOS. The other remaining 49 do not enter into the equation as they have not violated TOS with google adsense. The owner of the sites may lose their google adsense account because of that one violation, but that does not mean that all 50 are now banned or black listed by google. The one site that violated the TOS may be subject to black listing or banning by google adsense...but not any of the others. Google does not differenciate between who owns what...it just looks for individual violations on a site by site bases.

The TOS violations are site by site, case by case exclusive.

This matters not with this sale, nor any other sales of mine since I have not had google adsense for a long time...and the site that got me in trouble with google has been sold and out of my control for over a year and a half.

Again...just for you knowledge, you might want to learn more about google adsense before asking questions such as these in sales threads. I know it was not meant in a spiteful or malice way, but does bring into question why you would ask...when you probably should get a little more clear on how google accounts work in the first place.

Questions like this are good to ask if you plan on investigating and educating yourself further. If you do not plan on doing that, then I wonder why you would ask.

Thanks for your questions and I hope I cleared that up.
    Good luck.
