    Setting a BIN of $150, it may seem alot but here is the breakdown.

    1 month adsense : $60
    site value = 1.5 x revenue = $90
    total: $150

    This is cheap as you can also insert Adbrite which will allow you to earn even more, the $60 is based on adsense for content, more can be made from adsense for search and referal aswell. Also proxy sites go for around 3 times monthly revenue. So i think this is pretty cheap considering I am giving my full business away.
