About 100 uniques / 200-300 pageviews on weekdays
About 50 uniques / 100-150 pageviews on weekends

I haven't figured out how to monetize it as I have no adsense. It did decently on AdBrite, but my ads for some reason disappeared. So now it runs bidvertiser and cj.

About 600 results in Google for noto11
About 400 for noto11.com

Well that's not totally true, there are many host that allow shared hosting
here is an example $10.00 http://manage.alloyhosting.com/

But of course If your going to have any sort of decent traffic or a network of proxys,a dedicated server will be the best.

 

I've had this for 2 month already on GoDaddy and haven't had any problems. It uses about 10 gigs a month bandwith thats the only thing. Also this is not CGI so you dont put that much strain on the server.

 

If GD discover it they will kick you out.

Yes, of course you have a very few that will do it. But nobody would know about them if not people like you tell. 99% of web hosts does not allow proxies.
