Nice design. I tried to start with similair Alexalook submitting, reviewing and voting system Proxy site review but it is not successful as i expected that it will be. And some high traffic proxy sites such as ProxyBlind, Ip Address Location, http://proxy.6te.net/ linked to me. Asking $5/month for link on completely new proxy site without traffic is a little bit pricey in my opinion. But i like your design and wish you success with your site.

freemenn: I changed its status to published. I had to pull out the proxy itself since I can't afford virtual/dedicated hosting at this time. Too bad...it was getting good hits.
