It's pretty good except the cpc is really low. I recommend you buy a proxy with adsense optimized, so that you can get high CPC. The best ones are PHProxy, CGI Proxy, and Surrogafier. You can also buy custom Proxy Scripts. You market it just like any other site. Rep me if that helpped.
