    Can anyone recommend a free .Net based anon proxy server script, something similar to PHProxy (but in .Net rather than PHP)

    You can find some proxy applications if you visit the Microsoft open source application website and codeplex.com, I remember seeing few apps some time back. Just search for "Proxy".
