    okay, what I think Hades is referring to here, is how much for a php coder to either modify the core phproxy script to include features like cURL downloader, MySpace compatibility, Youtube compatibility, cache saving features, etc, or to create a whole new script from scratch.

    Not a turnkey proxy website...

    I have looked into this before and have posted on this on boards that carter to php programmers. I got offers to do the whole job from $100-$250. This would include an admin section for banning ip's and download limits. Willing to go in 50-50 with someone
