Proxy resource site and proxy network for sale

Here is another case of "my loss, your gain". Unfortunately, something has come up in my life and I need some money more than the websites. So, I'm putting my proxy resource site and network up for sale.

Traffic stats

This site is approximately one month old. It has information about proxies, links to proxy tools, articles, proxy lists, and a web based proxy list. Traffic is growing by leaps and bounds. Currently there are over 400 members. Getting about 80 referrals from Google daily and that number is also growing. Approximately 25% of daily traffic is from repeat visitors.

There are 3 advertisers, at $5 per ad per month, listed on the Web Based Proxies page. One advertiser has paid for one month, and the other two have paid for 5 months. Other pages use Adsense. Adsense revenue is $26.44 for March 24th to today.

I feel that the real potential here is the user base. When they signup, they have to agree to allow us to email them occasionally. I haven't really utilized this as a marketing tool yet, so if you are an email marketer (not spammer )...

CSPY uses the Drupal CMS for easy updates.

Forgot to mention, and this should be obvious, I reserve the right to not sell if the price does not reach what I consider to be an agreeable amount.

Some additional information on CSPY: in it's first week I spent about $100 on CPC advertising through Yahoo! Search Marketing. Have not spent anything since. If this doesn't sell, I'm going to do some social network marketing to draw more users in.
