    5GB Monthly bandwidth
    unlimited domains
    unlimited sub domains
    unlimited email IDs

    My budget is $10 to $15

    5 GB monthly bandwidth > this is not enogh for a proxy in 1 day, let's not talk about resellers :) , for reseller you need at least 100 GB
