Proxy Questions

I have started a network of 4 proxys. I just have a few questions.

1. When i sign it up to my own adsense when it wants me to fill in a website, do i put one in or leave it blank?

2. Where would be the best place to link to my other proxys on this layout?

(im currently using somone else's adsense as they made template and they put their own code in.)

Also it says:

Payee must be at least 18 years of age to participate in AdSense.

I thought you could be 16?

 

It depends on the type of template. But if it's a custom template, you choose - left, right, top, bottom or even with the context.

 

on the adsense website there is a place where you can go and see which ad positions are the most effective. Sorry I don't remember where exactly, but it's there somewhere.
