Can someone please explain to me how to make one or a little about it? I understand what an anonymous proxy is a little with those free websites but not an actual proxy server or my own proxy from my computer

Is it something i can set up on my computer?
Do i need to buy software or download software to do it?
    Is it complicated?

I understand what i proxy is but i dont understand how to "make" one. Im not using it for destructive purposes i just want to understand it better

A proxy server at Datacenter is a good idea
but no good if you do it at your own place.

Can you explain this a little. My understanding of a proxy or proxy server(im not sure if they are one in the same) Is the ability to mask your ip address with something phony and/or redirect your ip off something else so when browsing etc you show up anonymously

Im not looking for speed or performance. I would just like to make or create one. That is all. something simple but works.

I also heard that your not 100% anonymous is this true? If it is so then what is the point of one.

no...but JAP is really well anonymized..in the sense..it works on a what to say..

its sort of tunneling..between the connections...

I downloaded and installed JAP and tried it. At first i got a weird message saying no payment something but after that it worked fine. i went to whatismyip.com and got a fake ip. I turned it off to come back here out of respect i guess. I dont know much about it. The program was so super easy.

Is it a free program? or trial? i wouldnt mind paying for it if i needed it. Also, is it a TRUE proxy program. for example i heard a rumor that anonymous proxys with a site only let you surf anonymously but any post action on a site would give your real IP away. is it true for this program as well? i read the tutorials and it seems kick ass. the one that mentioned it gets a 1+ for sure

I poked with this program alot and i broke it once. it was a bitch to reinstall but i got it. the only downfall is theres not a huge range of IP addresses. there only seems to be 7 it cycles thru

sometimes its hard to connect to one too but its a new program from what i can tell so maybe it might grow

yeah..i agree..but its a lot better than those phproxy sites..as most of the time..the ISP's or websense blocks it..

that way i find this much better..
